Customs and Duties Charges
As a best practice when importing from other countries we suggest checking with your local government for your importation tax laws. M.INT Beauty does not charge taxes or fees outside of Canada. However the customer may have to pay taxes such as VAT, Duties, State Taxes, etc. on importing products into your country.
When shipping from Canada to the United States the minimum threshold for import tax is $800. Goods valued below that are not subject to duty.
Please understand that as a shipper there is only so much we can reasonably do to manage this process as best we can. We do not have license or visibility into potential government regulated fees in your country.
As such we cannot be held responsible for customs and duties or abandoned packages.
We hope this makes sense and we do our utmost to provide the best customer service and support to the artists we serve!
Do you offer curbside pickup?
Absolutely you can pick up your order from our main warehouse door in Edmonton, Alberta and our Williams Lake, BC storefront.
At checkout choose ‘PICK UP’ and when your order is ready you will receive pick up instructions emailed to you.
We kindly request 1-2 business days to prepare your order with care.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is placed it can take 2-3 days for us to process it with care. When processing is complete, a tracking number is assigned by the shipping carrier, your order leaves our warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Once its shipped, you’ll find a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email or text depending on what you've chosen in your account. Didn't get the email? Your tracking information can also be found by visiting your account on our website at any time! Click on your account information to view your order and tracking is provided.
Once your tracking number is assigned and emailed to you, your order is in the care of the shipping carrier and we cannot provide additional information. If you have concerns about shipping delays, please note we do not control delivery times—we wish we could!—and you’ll need to get in touch with the carrier directly for any updates. Don’t worry, your supplies are in good hands!
My order didn’t arrive. What do I do?
First, check the tracking information you received from the carrier—this will let you know where your package is currently located and its estimated arrival.
If your order says it was delivered and you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly.
I haven't received my shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
You can login to your account at anytime to view your order status including tracking numbers! We do our best to get orders out within 2-3 business days of order placement - during a sale we might be a little busier!
We appreciate your patience and understanding - if your order is sitting past 3 business days please email us at email@example.com and we will assist.
Is my order ready for pick up?
Our friendly warehouse team will contact you by email when your order is ready with curbside pick up instructions from our warehouse in Edmonton, AB.
We do ask for an understanding of 1 to 2 business days to process and pack your order with care!

Package says delivered but it's not here
Not to worry, if you are receiving a delivered notification on your tracking information we have a couple of ideas.
Please wait 1 more day - sometimes the carriers can be a bit over zealous in reporting things as delivered prior to them actually being dropped off.
Do you perhaps have a community mailbox or live in a apt building? If you have a community mailbox, please check the details in your tracking information as it may state it has been dropped off at your mailbox or mail room. If you live in a apt building please check the mail room or building manager to see if it has been received.
Finally contact the carrier with your tracking number (found in your shipping confirmation) and see what the next best steps are. Once a package leaves our facility we no longer have custody or control so your best route of action is to contact the courier directly as we have the same information as you.
Please Note that M.INT Beauty is not responsible for packages marked delivered that have been stolen due to mail theft.
What is your Return Policy?
For the safety of our artists in our community and the given nature of the work we do, all sales are considered final. We take great care to ensure your supplies arrive to you in great condition, sealed, and sterilized (where applicable). Having said this, regardless of the care and diligence of our warehouse team, we understand things happen that are beyond our control!
If you have received a shipment with damaged OR incorrect products, please reach out to us immediately, do not use the products in question and follow the process below:

- Your first and last name
- Your original order number and photo of the packing slip
- A Detailed description of the problem
- Video (with sound) or photo (if appropriate) of problem
We take our customer service very seriously and will respond to your within 1-2 business days, this is excluding weekends and holidays. Please do not send in multiple requests, this results in confusion and may delay us in being able to you quickly.
For warranty claims on electronics, M,INT Beauty Professional products offer a 30-day warranty for products used within North America. Electronic products shipped outside of North America are not warrantied due to voltage standards varying globally. If your product defect does fall within these parameters, please follow the process above.

Why is my delivery taking so long?
We understand it's important that you know where your supplies are! When your order shipped you will receive a tracking number by email (or texted depending on your communication preference with us!)
If you didn't get it (sometimes they land in junk mail) you can check your order status with tracking at anytime by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
Some shippers are experiencing delays due to labor shortages and weather conditions.
