Do I need to make the full payment to hold my spot?

Full payment is required to hold your seat. All courses are taught in small groups. Once registered and a payment has been made, our customer service team will be in contact with you.


Are the classes refundable?

Class fees and deposits are non-refundable, however students may transfer payment to another date at that location within the same year. 


What if I can’t make it to the schedule dates?

Please notify M.INT Lashes at least 2 weeks in advance to make any changes to your chosen course date, otherwise a rescheduling fee will be applied in order to attend another course. No refunds will be issued if a student does not attend.

M.INT Lashes is authorized to reschedule any training courses if enrolment is low. We will notify students at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date.

When confirmed dates of classes are posted on the website and correspondence has been sent out to the registered student. It is the student's responsibility to confirm dates and to attend the scheduled class. No shows are considered non-refundable and rescheduling of class is void.  

Now that I have enrolled and made my payments, what are the next steps?

Details will be emailed to you about one week before class begins.

How long are the courses? 

Each course varies in length and the amount of time allotted for each class is sufficient for the information to be presented. Please ensure you are aware of the class length for each course.

Classic Fundamentals- Two Days, 8 hours each 

Advanced Volumes- One Day, 8 hours

Lash Lift and Tint- One Day, 4 hours


Will I be certified once I have completed the course?

While it is our goal to certify every student who completes the course, it is ultimately up to the discretion of the educator. If the student has not passed the final exam and is showing any difficulty, the educator may ask the student to send photos of their work in for review before receiving their certificate.


Do you offer mentorship after the courses?

Continued mentorship is available to all graduates, if any student is having difficulty, we recommend contacting your educators as soon as possible. We also offer peer support in our graduate chat groups and forums. 


What's included in my course?

You will receive a manual and a course kit which you can refer to the website for contents.


What if I do not pass the course?

For the lash courses, you’ll be able to retake the courses at no extra charge subject to availability.

How much is the initial cost of the payment plan?

The first payment due is 50% of the balance.


How many payments can I make?

One more payment of 50% is due.


When is the payment due?

The next payment is due within 30 days of the original purchase date.


What happens if I cannot make the payment in 30 days?

You will receive reminder notices every week until the balance is paid. You will not be given access to the second portion of the course or the lash toolkit until the balance is paid in full. We strongly encourage our students to keep in touch with their educators and let us know if there will be any late payments so we can adjust the learning schedule and retest your knowledge before beginning the second course. By purchasing this course with installments, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of M.INT Beauty Pro, Shopify, SpurIT. If the final payment cannot be made, there will be no refunds given and you will only hold access to the Fundamentals Prerequisite that has been paid for.


What do I get access to for my first payment?

When your payment is processed, you will receive a welcome email that outlines the payment schedule and access to your course. For the first payment, you receive access to the Fundamentals Prerequisite which is our online course, to be completed in your own time but must be completed before the next part of the course begins. You will also have access to the M.INT Lashes Graduate group on WhatsApp where you can ask questions and get feedback regarding what you are learning. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from your peers and you have access to all three educators in the group. 


What do I have access to when the balance is due?

When the balance is paid in full, your educator will reach out to you and make arrangements to set up class time, either in person or live online, whichever you choose when you check out. Your kit will also be mailed out at the time the balance is paid. We require a week to ensure you receive your lash toolkit so that you have your items on hand when we begin the hands on work. 


Who do I contact with questions about my course?

You will be assigned an educator when you pay the first portion of the balance, and you can communicate with them at any time, feel free to ask them any questions related to your education. 


How long do I get to complete the course?

While we allow you to finish the course in your own time and you have access to review it for a lifetime, it is important to do both parts of the course as close together as possible. 


Disclaimer: When choosing the installment payments, your fundamental prerequisite and access to your educator will be made available to you immediately to complete online. Your kit, access to the second part of your manual and certificate will only be available when the balance is paid in full. You may pay in two installments paying 50% down and the remaining installment of 50% within 30 days. You may access your account at any time when the first installment is made and have.


NO REFUNDS will be given if the remaining installment cannot be made. You will have lifetime access to the Fundamentals Prerequisite as it has been paid for but no kit/certificate will be granted. By choosing the installment option, you agree to pay the full amount within the 30 days. You understand that no other portion of the course will be made available until the course is paid for in full.
